- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty claims, which are handled by the manufacturer
- Assembly instructions for any product - that comes from the manufacturer's own manual, in the box
- Confirm whether a specific large piece will pass through your doorway - most of the largest products in this range don't publish a shipping-carton size; measure your own space and ask the seller directly instead
Sizing questions are usually answered faster by the sizing pages, where every bed frame is checked against a standard mattress and every oversized product's doorway question is answered with a stated reason.
